What makes you care about the Covenant of Companies and reducing energy usage?

For the vast majority of the 25 million businesses in Europe energy has been one topic of many, most do not have inhouse specialists to effectively identify unnecessary consumption and increase efficiency of necessary consumption. The energy and climate crisis has shown that we need to do better to become resilient, to remain competitive & in business and to succeed in decarbonisation.
We therefore need the means and a platform to break the ice, to encourage, enable and accompany companies across Europe, particularly MSME, to succeed and jointly make this happen.

What can the private sector do to speed-up our energy transition to net-zero?

Being #resilient, #flexible, #digital, and #resourceful is key, but we also need to change our #mindset and #perception. It is essential to get every company and employee on board and design products for reuse and upcycling. Let's work towards a sustainable future together.
